Shipping Policy

Our standard processing time is 1-3 days after the order is placed and received on our store. Customers can cancel their order before it is sent out. A customer can not cancel their order after it has been shipped out. A customer can only receive a full refund for their transaction before it is sent. A customer can not receive a refund for their order after it has been sent.

Items vary on delivery times depending on times of day sent, country of destination and other variable, unforeseen reasons. If order was placed after 08/06/2020 the order can be delivered as soon as 10-20 days once the order has processed (we are in the process of switching suppliers so please do not be alarmed if it takes up to 25 days). Orders placed before 08/06/2020 can however take up to 6-8 weeks (generally will arrive much sooner than that) due to COVID-19 and other variables out of our control.
